1. Overview: Print-on-Demand Model At Chennaiist, every product is custom-printed specifically for you once you place an order. We do not maintain a warehouse of ready-made stock. Because of this personalized manufacturing process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or change of mind.
Please review our Size Chart carefully before making a purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products We are committed to quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, a misprinted design, or the wrong item (due to our error), we will provide a free replacement.
- Reporting: You must email us at chennaiistoffl@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement immediately. No monetary refunds will be issued; only replacements are provided.
3. Cancellations To ensure the fastest delivery times, orders are automatically synced with our printing facility shortly after payment. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed.
4. Return to Origin (RTO) & Delivery Failures We are not liable for undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided by the customer.
- If a courier returns a package to us (RTO) because the address was incomplete or the customer was unavailable, no refund will be issued.
- The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have the item re-shipped.
5. Payment Policy We accept all major UPI, Credit, and Debit cards via our secure gateway. We strictly do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure the efficiency of our custom fulfillment process.
